Dün evden çıkmadım, telefona bakmadım. :) Biraz uyudum, biraz okudum,  önce Singing in the rain’i sonra Milyon dolarlık bebek filmini izledim, izlerken kendime bloody mary yaptım, filmin sonuna üzüldüm. Arada bir yerlerde  Zfashion‘ın bana yönelttiği, çantanda ne var sorusunun cevabı için döktüm çantamı koltuğa, içinden bunlar çıktı :

Yesterday was a national holiday here, I stayed at home, slept, read, watched Singing in the rain and while watching Million dollar baby, I drank two bloody marys that I made, the end was so sad. Son postlarda bir sürü temiz hava aldınız şimdi eve dönme zamanı :) O kadar yazıp ben giymesem olmazdı değil mi? Elbisenin rahat ama havalı duruşuna, omuzlarındaki az miktardaki vatkaya bayıldım.Benim versiyonum ilk bu, ancak puantiyeli çorap bulmakta o kadar kolay olmadı, sadece aldğım marka da bulabildim.
You got enough fresh air on my latest outfit posts now it’s time to go home :) I did write about polka dotted tights and ofcourse I’d wear them. I loved how this dress is comfy but cool with its  small size shoulder pads. It wasn’t easy to find polka dotted ones, here’s my first attempt with them.

Yalın çizgilere sahip, her şeyle giyebileceğiniz parçalar benim de favorim, neyse ki bu kış onlardan bol bol göreceğiz. Peki onları gunduz ve gece nasıl mı giyeceğiz? Gunduz notr tonlarda ayrı  parçaları rahat bir görünüm için birleştirirken, mesela bir adet rugan stilettoyla tamamlamayı, gece ise yine yalın kesimli bir elbiseyi, ışıltılı aksesuarlarla tamamlayı unutmayın.

Bu gömleği bu şekilde giymeden önce, elbise olarak giymeyi arzu etmiştim ama uygun değilmiş, ben de altına bir şort geçirdim, sonuç kabul edilebilir oldu, ne dersiniz?

I tried this oversized shirt as a dress but it seems it wasn’t wearable like that so I threw a short underneath and it looks ok, doesn’t it?

Suada’da geçirdiğim tembel bir günün ardından evdeyim. Bu kadar rahatlık hissi ve dün post yapamamış olmanın birleşimi, bana şu saate bu postu yazdırıyor.Önümüzdeki haftadan itibaren 25-28 Ağustos’ta gerçekleşecek İstanbul Moda Haftası sebebiyle, bu blog oldukça yoğun günler yaşayacak,umarım bu seneki yolculuğumda da beni yalnız bırakmazsınız. Bu aralar cici elbiselere ve feminen bir görünüme merak saldım, bu kıyafette onlardan biri.
I had a lazy day at Suada, now I’m at home. This relaxed feeling and lack of posts from yesterday is forcing me to write this post at this hour. From next week this blog will go through a busy time because of Istanbul Fashion Week which will be held between 25th -28th of August so hope you’ll be joining me in this journey. İyi haftalar! Biraz ara verdim kusura bakmayın ama mini bir haftasonu özetiyle arayı kapatalım. Cuma benim için bir ilk olarak Dünya serisi kapsamında Türkiye-İtalya takımları arasındaki boks maçını izlemeye gittik. Evet boks dedim yanlış duymadınız, benim için de radikal bir karardı. Sponsorlarının Dolce & Gabbana olduğu İtalyan takımı  olaya 1-0 önde başlasa da, sonları pek iyi olmadı. Cumartesi ve pazar daha sakindi. Pazar günü, yemek ve kahve için Bebek’e gidip, bu fotoları çektik. Pek detay olmasa da, idare edeceksiniz artık, yoksa cuma akşamı öğrendiğim taktiklerle, sonunuz pek hayırlı olmaz :) ))

Good mondays everyone! Sorry I was away for a while, let’s catch up with the weekend summary. On Friday evening we’ve been to World Series of boxing, yeah  you heard it right :) . It was between Turkey and Italy. Italian team was sponsored by Dolce & Gabbana but their end wasn’t that good. Saturday and sunday was more relaxed, been to Bebek for dinner and coffee. Sorry about the lack of details  in the pics, you need to settle with that, if not your end will not be very happy since I learned  a lot of moves on Friday night :) ).

Çarşamba gecesi Red Bull Flight Club organizasyonu için Anjelique’e gidip, sevgili blog yazarı arkadaşlarım Iconjane ve TrendtasticNY ile özellikle Nick Warren sayesinde güzel bir gece geçirdik. Yaklaşık 4 senedir dolabımda bekleyen Avustralya markası Sass &Bide elbise için,en güzel lokasyon burası olmasa da, ya da elbiseyi daha detaylı bir çekimle gösterme sansımız olmasa da, kendisi dolabımda açık ara en cesur parça ödülünü alabilir.
On Wednesday nite we had a blast at Anjelique with my dear blogger friends Iconjane and TrendasticNY while especially listening to Nick Warren for the Red Bull Flight Club.  This Australian brand Sass & Bide dress has been sitting in my closet like 4 years and I assume ladies’ room is not the best location for it. Although we didn’t have a chance to picture this dress in a flattering way, this dress may be the most daring dress in my closet.

Babet insanı değilim ancak 2011 yazında babetlerin “yine” gözde olacağını görebiliyorum. Bunun teyidini Chloé defilesinden de aldığımıza göre, siz bir balerin zarifliğinde yollarda yürürken, hangi renk YSL babeti giyersiniz söyleyin bakalım ?

Evden çıkılmadan, evle ilgili bazı şeyler halledilerek geçirilen bir hafta sonu, yoğun bir pazartesiye bağlanınca o kadar da iyi olmuyormuş, bu havayı dağıtmak için bekleyen bir kıyafet postu ile haftayı başlatalım. Bu kıyafetin  özellikle üst kısmı, gün içinde benim aklıma Pride and Prejudice’nin (BBC versiyonu) Colin Firth’ini ve Jane Eyre’nin Timothy Dalton’unu getirdi, neyseki alt kısmıyla onlardan modern durmayı başardım sanırım, ne dersiniz? :)

I was at home all through the weekend and did some stuff about home and it isn’t feeling nice to jump into a busy Monday so just to get rid of this mood, I’m posting an outfit that has been waiting for some time. This outfit, especially the top part, reminded me Colin Firth in Pride and Prejudice (BBC version) and Timothy Dalton in Jane Eyre, however I guess I was able to get more contemporary look at the bottom, what’cha think? :)

Mutlu Bayramlar! Evdeyim, şimdilik çok fazla yapacak bir şey yok. Blogun akışını elimden geldiğince aynı tutmaya çalışacağım ancak bugün ne giydim postlarına tatil dönüşüne kadar ara vermek durumundayım, eminim post etmeye değer başka bir sürü konu çıkacaktır. Merhaba! Bloglara ulaşılamama durumundan dolayı buradaki postlar azaldı, DNS ayarlarımı değiştirmediğim ( Hala da değiştirmiş değilim), bloguma ara sıra ulaşabildiğim günlerde yazı yazabiliyorum, bugün de o günlerden biri. Bunun dışında twitter‘dan da takip etmeyenler için son günlerimi özetlemem gerekirse, iş, ev rutini dışında, sonucunu önümüzdeki hafta göreceğiniz ( Umarım!!!) güzel bir çalışmaya dahil oldum, Bir Avuç Deniz filminin galasına Gamze Saraçoğlu’nun Müsvedde koleksiyonundan buruşuk efekti verilmiş lacivert elbisesi ile katıldım. ( Bugün ne giydim başlığı değerlendirilmesini talep ediyorum).Paris Moda Haftası’ndan Louis Vuitton defilesinden, en çok da yine Kate Moss’u  podyumda görmekten hazzettim ve onu cuma güzeli bölümüne layık buldum.Kar, fırtına, deprem.. derken işte yine cuma oldu.

I was involved with a nice shoot which you will be mostly probably and “hopefully” seeing it next week, I’ve been to the premier of a Turkish movie called  ”Bir avuç deniz” ( A fistfull of sea) with this gorgeous crinkled navy dress from the designer Gamze Saracoğlu’s Musvedde collection.( And I hope this can be count under the the way I wore title? )  I liked Louis Vuitton show from Paris Fashion Week and mostly seeing Kate Moss on the catwalk again so I thought it would be a nice choice for Friday beauty section. Snow, storm and a earthquake later, here’s Friday!

Bugün Alexa’nınkine çok benzeyen bir siyah maksi elbise saflarıma katılınca, üstüne de bu mail kutuma düşünce bir işaret olarak alıp, paylaşmaya karar  verdim. Gece, gündüz, davette, sokakta maksi elbiseler nasıl giyilmiş, hep beraber bir göz atalım istedim. Evet favorilerinizi alalım?

 Kronolojiyi ucundan yakalama çabaları, geçen hafta Perşembe Bilstore Tünel’de gerçekleşen Amy Winehouse’un Fred Perry için yaptığı koleksiyonun lansman partisiyle devam etsin. Mekan güzel, müzik güzel, Binboğa votkanın ikramları güzel ancak koleksiyonda sıra dışı Amy Winehouse’un etkisini hissetmek pek mümkün değil, pembe ve siyah ağırlıklı koleksiyon alışıla gelen Fred Perry koleksiyonlarından sıyrılamamış.
Last thursday we’ve been to Bilstore Tünel for the launch party of Amy Winehouse for Fred Perry collection. It was a nice event in terms of  the venue, music and Binboğa Vodka mixed drinks, however the collection was a little bit blah and expectable on the contrary to persona of Amy Winehouse.
